* Dream House Investment Company (DRH) plans to issue 12 million shares, including 9.8 million shares at a 10-for-2 ratio to facilitate its capital hike and 2.2 million shares for employees to supplement its working capital. DRH will conduct the plan between now and the third quarter.

* Ha Do Group Company (HDG) will issue a maximum of 19 million shares in two stages to spur its registered capital to VND950 billion.It will sell 11.39 million shares as bonuses to its existing shareholders at a 15-for- 100 ratio for the first stage, and 7.6 million shares to existing shareholders at VNDlO,OOO each at a ratio of 10% for the second tranche. HDG will use the proceeds from the issues to invest in Ha Do-Binh Thuan JSC of which it owns 75%.The firm targets a net profit ofVND733.7 billion from revenue ofVND4.3 trillion in 2018, up 169% and 83.3% year-on-year respectively.

* LDG Investment Company (LDG) will issue 28.8 million shares to pay a share dividend at a 18-for-l00ratio for 2017 on the record date of Iune 7. The firm currently has 159.5 million outstanding shares. Besides, the firm plans to issue two million shares in an employee stock ownership plan and 19 million shares to pay an interim dividend for 2018. The firm made a con- solidated net profit ofVND4.8 billion fromrevenue ofVND83.7 billion in the first quarter of this year, down 91.2% and 38.8% year-on-year respectively.

* Son La Sugar Company (SLS) earned a net profit ofVND42.9 billion from revenue ofVND211 billion in the third quarter of the 2017- 2018 fiscal year starting July 1, 2017, down 53.9% and 29% year-on-year respectively. SLS attributed the significant decreases in its sugar output and the selling prices to the fall of its business result. In March, the firm made its dividend payment at the ratio of 25% for 2017. Of the amount, SLS paid an interim cash dividend of VND500 per share and issued 1.6 million shares to pay a share dividend. After the payment, the firm hiked its registered capital from VND82 billion to VND98 billion.
