* Dam San Company (ADS) has issued 803,481 shares to pay a 2015 dividend for shareholders, raising its total outstanding volume to 16.8 million shares. The textile and garment firm’s new shares will be tradable on December 26.

* Thien Viet Securities Company (TVS) has got permission from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam to raise its chartered capital from VND520 billion to over VND534.29 billion, the firm said in a statement sent to the HCM City exchange.

* Nguyen Van Thao, deputy general director of Dong A Hotel Group Company (DAH), will be buying one million DAH shares to increase his ownership to four million shares (11. 7 percent) from December 21 to 30.

* Nafoods Group Company (NAF) plans to issue 1.5 million shares to pay a 2015 dividend at a 20:1 ratio in the first quarter of 2017. The company Will issue three million shares for existing shareholders at a 10: 1 ratio at VND13,000 each and 1.5 million shares under an employee share ownership plan (ESOP) at VND10,000 each between January 20 and February 10. The new shares will help the firm increase its chartered capital to VND354 billion. In the first nine months of this year, NAP posted revenue of VND358.2 billion, almost unchanged from a year earlier, and net profit of VND31.7 billion, down 15 percent, Viet Capital Securities Company reports.

* Nguyen Thuong Viet, deputy general director of Thien Long Group Corporation (TLG), has registered to sell 100,000 TLG shares to cut his holding to some 22,100 shares over one month starting from December 21.

* Se San 4A Hydro Power Company will pay a provisional dividend in cash for shareholders at 10 percent on the record date of December 29. Payments will be made on January 16.

* Duong Duc Hoa, chair of Dai Chau Group Company (DCS), will acquire three million DCS shares to revise up his stake by 4.9 percentage points to 9.9 percent in one month starting from December 21.

* Vietnam Construction Company No. 12 (V12) said it would pay a 2016 dividend in cash for shareholders at 10 percent on January 20.
