* Grinling International Limited has registered to sell 2.5 million Shares of Vietnam Dairy Products Company (VNM) to cut its holding to 2.9 million shares (0.2 percent) in three weeks starting from January 3.

* The Pan Group Company (PAN) has issued 1.5 million shares under an employee share ownership plan (ESOP), raising its total outstanding volume to 102.37 million shares. The new shares will be tradable on November 29, 2017.

* Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Company (SCR) plans to issue VND400 billion worth of secured non-convertible bonds in the first quarter of next year. The 42-month bonds will be sold at a face value of VND1 billion each and carry a coupon of 10.5 percent per annum in the first year and have floating coupons equal to 12-month dong deposit rates of TPBank, VietinBank, Vietcombank and VIB plus a margin not higher than 3.5 percent per year for the remaining payments. The bond yield will be adjusted every quarter. In the first nine months of this year, SCR obtained revenue of VND406.4 billion, up over four times year-on-year, and net profit of VND160.7 billion, a 7 percent rise, Viet Capital Securities Company reports.

* Duc Quan Development & Investment Company (FTM), among the leading yarn producers inVietnam, plans to float 50 million shares for the first time on theHCMCityexchange in quarter one next year, said the company’s vice chair Hoang Xuan Chinh. Established in 2006, FTM has chartered capital of VND500 billion and has three yarn production plants in the northernprovinceofThai Binhwith a combined capacity of 16,300 tonnes per year. The enterprise exports products to many markets likeChina,Hong Kong,Turkey,South KoreaandEurope. It attains revenue of roughly VND1 trillion a year.

* Vietnam Electricity Construction Corporation (VNE) has issued 8.07 million shares to pay a 2015 dividend for shareholders, raising its total outstanding volume to 90.4 million shares. The new shares will be tradable on January 6.

* Pham Thi Loan. a board member of Song Da 1.01 Company (SJC), has registered to buy 600,000 SJC shares to increase her holding to nearly 727,000 shares (10.47 percent) between December 29 and January 25.
