* Sieu Thanh Corporation (ST8) has issued 3.2 million shares to increase its equity, sending its total outstanding volume on the stock market rising to 19.7 million shares. The new shares will be tradable on July 25.

* Khai Toan Company will offload 6.2 million shares of Vietnam Electricity Construction Corporation (VNE) to lower its holding from 17.3 percent to 9.7 percent over one month starting from July 25.

* CNG Vietnam Company (CNG) said its revenue reached VND431.4 billion in the first six months, down slightly year-on-year. Meanwhile, its net profit amounted to VND57.6 billion, almost unchanged against the same period last year. CNG plans to pay a dividend of 30 percent of par value for 2016.

* Benovas Pharmaceutical Company (DCL), 60.84 percent owned by EI.T Investment Company (FIT), said its second-quarter net profit jumped 20.2 percent year-on-year to VND20.7 billion. In the first half, DCL’s revenue rose by 14 percent from a year earlier to VND365.36 billion and its net profit soared 38 percent to VND41.1 billion.

* Andbanc Investments Sif-Vietnam Value and Income Portfolio has registered to buy one million shares of Viglacera Ha Long Company (VHL) to revise up its stake by 6.2 percentage points to 12.8 percent between July 21 and August 19.

* Vinacomin-Deo Nai Coal Company (TDN) has announced a plan to give bonus shares at 84 percent to existing shareholders on the record date of July 27. TDN said the plan will be implemented in the third quarter of the year.

* Nguyen Xuan Son, director of Vietnam Construction Company No.7 (VC7), has registered to buy 350,000 VC7 shares to increase his ownership to 566,000 shares (7.5 percent) over one month starting from July 21.

* Tran Anh Digital World Company (TAG) has issued 2.2 million shares to increase its equity, raising’ its total outstanding volume to 24.9 million shares. The new shares will be tradable on July 28.

* Nguyen Huu Kiem, a board member of vicem Packaging Bim Son Company (BPC), will be selling 50,000 BPC shares to reduce his holding to 475,200 shares (12.5 percent) between July 21 and August 18.

* Representatives of Export Import Commercial Bank (Eximbank) and generaliVietnamexchanged a cooperation agreement inHCMCityon July 20. Under the deal, Eximbank will distribute generali insurance products via over 200 branches and transaction offices nationwide. Eximbank said it would provide information about insurance and banking services to customers to help them build appropriate financial plans.
