* Tan Tao University Corporation has registered to buy 10 million shares of Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation (ITA) to increase its holding from 5.8 percent to 6.9 percent over one month starting from June 15.

* Hoang Thanh Vu, deputy general director ofSao Ta Foods Company (FMC), will offload his entire stake totalling 63, 160 FMC shares (0.2 percent) from June 20 to July 19.

* Da Nui Nho Company (NNC) will issue 3.3 million shares to pay a 2015 dividend for shareholders at a 4: 1 ratio on the record date of June 30, but it has yet to unveil a schedule for the issuance. NNC saw its revenue increasing 31  percent year- on-year to VND1l6.4 billion in January-March and its net profit jumping 57 percent to VND38.07 billion.

* DongNai Plastic Company (DNP) plans to issue 10.53 million shares to double its registered capital to VND270 billion. It will sell over 8.1 million shares to existing shareholders at a 5:3 ratio at VND10,000 each. It will use 2.97 million shares to pay a dividend at a 100:22 ratio and the remaining 2.43 million shares as bonuses for shareholders at a 100:18 ratio. Payments and the share sale will be made on the record date of June 23. In the first three months of this year, DNP’s revenue rose 76 percent year-on-year to VND285.4 billion and its net profit grew 5-fold to VND20.2 billion.

* Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (VNR) will spend VND131 billion paying a 2015 second round dividend of VND1,000 per share on the record date of June 24. The company will make payments on July 8. In the first quarter of this year, VNR posted revenue of VND293.5 billion, up slightly from a year earlier, and net profit of VND50.4 billion, down 10 percent, Viet Capital Securities Company reports.

* Vietnam Enterprise Investment and Development Company (FID) has issued 10.9 million shares to investors, raising its total outstanding volume to 21.9 million shares. The new shares will be tradable on June 17 but around 7.8 million shares are not transferable until May 23, 2017.

* Vietjet took delivery of its 40th aircraft atTanSonNhatInternationalAirportinHCMCityon June 15. The Airbus A320 flew fromToulouse,Franceand is the 18th from the airline’s 100 aircraft order with Airbus. Vietjet earlier got another A320 fromToulouseand an A321 fromHamburg,Germany.

* Bicycle tires of Vietnamese origin will be subject to a 30 to 44 percent anti-dumping tax byTurkey, the Vietnamese Department of Competition Administration said on Thursday, citing the Turkish general Department of Import.

* Vietnamese budget carrier Vietjet Air has just received an Airbus A320, the 18th of 100 planes it had commissioned the France-based civil aircraft manufacturer to make, raising its fleet size to 40.

* New Vietnamese laws coming into effect this July will criminalise those providing online game service, including application developers, and earning revenue from at least 50 million dong ($2,230) without a license.
