Durex Singapore recalls batches of its Real Feel condoms due to durability failure

Durex has issued a recall for three batches of its Real Feel condoms, as things might get too real during usage the contraceptives were found to have failed in durability tests.

The product recall for the non-latex condoms was initiated on August 1, but only for the three Real Feel batches made earlier this year that failed Durex’s “stringent shelf-life durability tests”.

The company is urging the public to refer to the product batch numbers printed on the packaging and refrain from using the affected condoms with serial numbers 1000433144, 1000438055 and 1000422259.

We doubt that thirsty folks would remember to properly inspect their condom packaging in the heat of the moment, so it’s probably better if you check ‘em out ASAP, during less risque times.

Apologising for the inconvenience, Durex advises affected customers to mail their flimsy condoms back to them to get a refund within 14 days. Yes, even if you’ve already used a couple of ‘em, you sexually active ones. Check out their FAQ for details.
