Indonesia’s latest official COVID-19 figures

The health ministry announced 3,222 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on Monday, bringing the total number of infections nationwide to 392,934.

According to data released by the ministry on Monday, 112 more people have died of the disease, bringing the death toll to 13,411.

The total number of recovered patients has also increased to 317,672.

The ministry added 19,038 people were tested on Sunday, bringing the total number of people tested to 2,749,269.

The capital city recorded 906 new confirmed cases, bringing the total tally to 101,897. Meanwhile, West Java reported 431 new cases, East Java 296, West Sumatra 269, Riau 205 and Papua 167.

The virus has spread to all of the country’s 34 provinces.
