Becamex Tokyu and Hoa Binh Construction Corporation have jointly held a topping out ceremony for Midori Park The View, a high-class apartment complex as part of the Japanese-style Tokyu Binh Duong Garden City.

Located at the gateway to the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park II, the Tokyu Binh Duong Garden City project spans 100 hectares in Binh Duong New City.

Thanks to the transfer of expertise on construction quality and work supervision between Tokyu and Hoa Binh—one of leading construction groups in Vietnam, the topping out ceremony for Midori Park The View took place 13 days sooner than expected. The investors expect to hand over the apartments to homebuyers at the end of this year.

According to Becamex Tokyu, the selling prices starts from just VND900 million per unit. Given flexible payment schedules, this is a chance for young families to own a Japanese-standard condo.

Focusing on sustainable development, especially safety factors for people, the project offers friendly sidewalks for children and the disabled at both the apartments and public zones, thus offering residents distinctive quality of living.
