NDR 2019: Singapore’s prime minister speaks on climate change, the economy and more

The annual National Day Rally (NDR) speech is widely seen as the most important political speech of the year.

On Sunday evening (18 August), in three speeches in Malay, Mandarin and English Singapore prime minister Lee Hsien Loong spoke on a range of topics including education (particularly on preschools and tertiary education), climate change, the economy and more.
