Nestle Vietnam has spent $3 million to renovate its office in HCM City as part of its Employer Value Proposition Project to offer an inspiring working environment and attract and nurture young talent.

It is a 4,500sq.m office on three floors of Empress Tower in District 1.

Truong Bich Dao, Nestle Vietnam’s human resources director, said an inspiring working environment is important to the success of an employer, and the newly designed workplace is an important component of Nestle’s Employer Value Proposition.

The project is based on the culture and values that put people at the heart the company’s long-term success and sustainability.

The company believes that a welldesigned working environment would meet millennials expectations and, more importantly, fit the future style of offices.

With its efforts to have a fair and attractive HR policy and a modern working environment equipped with hi-tech applications to attract and retain talent, Nestle Vietnam has received prestigious local and international human resources awards.

For instance, last year it was recognised as one of the best companies to work for in Asia by HR Asia magazine and was in second place on the list of 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam compiled based on a survey by Anphabe and Nielsen, and won the Vietnam HR Awards in 2016 and 2018 from Talentnet Corporation and the Newspaper of Labour & Social Affairs.

Since coming to Vietnam in 1995, Nestle has created around 2,300 jobs at its four factories around the country.

It has constantly expanded its investment and diversified its products to meet consumers’ food and nutrition needs.
