Novaland continues to provide scholarships to Dong Thap Province students

Novaland Group recently awarded 180 Nhe-teacher Scholarships to outstanding students in eight schools in Hong Ngu District in the Mekong Delta Province of Dong Thap.

This is for the 15th year that it is awarding the scholarships in the province.

It has so far supported thousands of children, helping them overcome disadvantages in life to continue their studies.

The scholarships are worth VND2 million each.

The company has also donated VND80 million each to the study foundation of eight schools, and the money will be used for academic activities.

In July Novaland provided funding to build the Long Khanh A3 Elementary School in Hong Nu District.

It is a modern school with facilities like a gymnasium, an art room, an IT room, a library, and a medical room.

Nguyen Huu Tien, head of the district Education and Training Division, said: “The Nhe-teacher Scholarship has helped local schools provides local students with a better educational environment.”

Over the last 27 years Novaland has supported many social programmes with a particular focus on education.

It has donated VND10 billion over three years to a development foundation of the HCM City National University to support its educational programmes.

Novaland is a giant property developer with around 40 housing projects in HCM City.

It is now developing tourism-related projects at several destinations.
