Savills Vietnam & Hong Ngoc general Hospital team up

Hanoi hospital to provide medical services and first aid training to Savills’ projects.

Savills Vietnam has signed a cooperation agreement with Hong Ngoc general Hospital in Hanoi to provide comprehensive medical and first aid services and to raise awareness and first aid skills in projects under Savills’ property management portfolio.

Hong Ngoc will provide a 24/7 emergency hotline for projects in Savills Vietnam’s real estate management portfolio and organise first aid training courses for project management personnel and residents.

The cooperation agreement is expected to be implemented from the beginning of November, with first aid training courses to be held during the first week of the month.

Training content includes theory and practice on strokes, airway failure, respiratory failure, electric shocks, injuries, drowning, burns, exhaustion/ heat stroke, chemical exposure, and others.

Matthew Powell, director of Savills Hanoi, said it is delighted to have the strategic partnership with Hong Ngoc general Hospitala major private hospital with years of experience. “The cooperation is expected to bring residents of Savills-managed projects comprehensive healthcare services, combined with training to provide first aid knowledge and skills,” he added. “This is an opportunity for Savills Vietnam to expand its portfolio and develop its property management services sustainably. We hope to maintain a long-term cooperative relationship with Hong Ngoc and bring together high-quality health services for residents at the projects.”

Vu Kieu Hanh, Head of the Real Estate Management Division at Savills Hanoi, said that with the goal of improving the quality of life of residents, Savills always wants to bring projects of high quality and timely healthcare services. “That is why the medical cooperation agreement between Savills and Hong Ngoc includes not only the 24/7 emergency hotline but also first aid training courses for Savills real estate management personnel and residents,” she said.

Dr Cao Doc Lap, director of the Hong Ngoc general Hospital, said the agreement with Savills Vietnam will help the hospital expand the spread of medical knowledge to families in apartment projects, which can help them handle unfortunate accidents.

Savills is one of the largest real estate management units in Vietnam, with a portfolio of some 40,000 apartments and over 6 million sq m of property.

Hong Ngoc general Hospital was established in 2003 and includes a head office at 55 Yen Ninh Street in Hanoi, two medical facilities at Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower and Savico Megamall Shopping Centre, and two new clinics that opened in October on To Huu Street and Nguyen Tuan Street in the capital.
