Nguyen Tri Thien, chair of Sao Thai Duong Investment Company (SJF), bought over one million shares out of the total volume of three million shares registered for purchase from January 14 to February 12. Thien is now holding 3.87 million shares at the enterprise, or a 4.89 percent stake. At the same time, Nguyen Xuan Nam, a board member of SJF, bought 1.2 million SJF shares against the total registered volume of three million shares, raising his stake to 4.43 percent, or 3.5 million shares.

HCM City Dinh Xuan Cuong, chair of An Tien Industries Company (HII), has registered to sell one million HII shares within one month starting February 20. Once completed, Cuong will reduce his ownership at HII to over 79,000, or 0.28 percent.

HCM City Yeah1 Group (YEG) has decided to establish an affiliate in Japan with the initial capital of $100,000. The enterprise will operate in the communication and advertising field.

HCM City I.D.I International Development & Investment Corporation (IDI) said its net profit surged 86 percent versus the previous year to VND628 billion in 2018, hitting a ten-year high, thanks to low input prices. IDI’s revenue climbed 31.4 percent to VND7 trillion last year.

HCM City Nguyen Van Chuyen, a board member of Ha Tien 1 Cement Company (HT1), has acquired over 10.2 million HT1 shares via put-through to spur his ownership to 10.6 million shares, equal to a 2.78 percent stake.

HCM City Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Company (TCM) has chosen February 26 as the ex-dividend date for shareholders to receive a 2018 first round dividend in cash at 5 percent.

HCM City Petro centre Corporation (PMG) said its consolidated net profit surged 88.5 percent year-on-year to VND13.8 billion in the fourth quarter of 2018. Its revenue rose 20.4 percent to VND314.3 billion in the period.

HCM City Petrolimex Insurance Corporation (PGI) has announced February 18 as the ex-dividend date to pay a cash dividend for shareholders at 12 percent. It will make the payment from February 28.

HANOI Pham Anh Tai, a board member of Song Hong Aluminum Company (NSH), has sold over 904,000 NSH shares to reduce his holding to over 60,000 shares, or a 0.29 percent stake.
