Vietnam National Seed Group (NSC) plans to issue VND100 billion worth of unsecured non-convertible bonds via a private placement. The one-year notes will be offered in the book-entry form at a face value of VND1 billion each and carry an annually fixed coupon rate of 9%. The proceeds will be used to invest in a seed- and produce-processing centre in Dong Thap Province, and raise its working capital.

HCM City Dat Phuong JSC (DPG) has completed the issuance of 15 million shares to 941 shareholders to raise its registered capital by 50 percent to VND450 billion. DPG made a consolidated net profit of VND12.41 billion on net revenue of VND189.3 billion in the first quarter of this year, down 38.39 percent and up 13.14 percent year-on-year, respectively.

HCM City QBS Quang Binh Import and Export Co. (QBS) approved a plan to purchase an additional 980,000 shares of Transworld QBV ICD JSC from shareholder Pham Xuan Duong at a total value of VND9.8 billion. The transaction will raise QBS’s holding in Transworld to over 1.08 million shares.

HCM City Endurance Capital Vietnam I, a shareholder of Saigon general Service Corporation (SVC), bought more than 140,000 SVC shares between April 16 and May 14, raising its holding in SVC to over 1.02 million shares, or 4.1%.

HCM City Le Quoc Duy, a member of the board of directors at Hoa Binh Construction Group (HBC), will sell 200,000 HBC shares via put-through from May 22 to June 20. If successful, he would cut his holding in HBC to 0.47%, or 934,000 shares.

HCM City Vietnam National Petroleum Group (PLX) has chosen May 31 as the record date for the 2018 dividend payment in cash at 26%. The payment will be made on July 23.

HANOI VNT Holdings JSC, a major shareholder of The Van Cargoes and Foreign Trade Logistics (VNT), is seeking to buy 4.75 million VNT shares via matching and put-through transactions until June 14. The shareholder currently holds more than 1.35 million VNT shares, or 11.38%.
