FLC Group (FLC) has announced to buy one million shares of AMD Mining and Investment Company (AMD) to hold a 0.6 percent stake in the latter. AMD share price is around VND3,200 each on the HCM City market.

HCM City DIC Investment and Trading Company (DIC) has decided to invest VND2 billion in DIC Building Material Production Joint Stock Company, securing a 28.6 percent stake in the enterprise.

HCM City Hoa Binh Construction Group Company (HBC) has won two construction contracts with the combined value of over VND1.2 trillion. Ending the second quarter of 2018, HBC had inked deals with property developers to carry out five projects with the total value of over VND5 trillion.

HCM City Ben Tre Aquaproduct Import and Export Company (ABT) will pay a provisional dividend of VND3,000 per share for 2018 in August. The firm currently has 11.5 million outstanding shares. ABT aims for a net profit of VND48 billion on revenue of VND400 billion in 2018, up 45 percent and 4.2 percent against last year respectively.

HCM City PYN Elite Fund has acquired one million shares of An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Company (AAA) to raise its stake from 7.8 percent to 8.4 percent. AAA share transaction has been active in recent time with matching volume averaging out at over 1.2 million shares each session. The firm’s share price is around VND18,000.

HCM City Tay Ninh Rubber Company (TRC) will pay a dividend of VND2,300 per share for 2017 on the record date of July 17. The firm currently has 29.13 million outstanding shares. It will make the payment on July 31.

HANOI MB Capital has transferred 2.75 million shares of Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Company (CTB) to cut its holding to nearly 7 percent, or 600,000 shares. Last year, CTB sold nearly 3.4 million shares to the investor at VND15,600 each, raising VND52 billion and spurring its registered capital to VND86 billion.

HANOI Phan Bang Viet, a board member of Que Phong Hydropower Company (QPH), has registered to sell nearly 1.6 million QPH shares, or an 8.5 percent stake in the enterprise. Earlier, another board member named Le Thai Hung offloaded nearly 1.3 million shares of QPH.
