Tran Dinh Long, board chair at Hoa Phat Group JSC (HPG), has registered to buy some 5.5 million HPG shares between June 21 and July 19 to increase his ownership to 700 million shares, or a 25.35 percent stake, from the current 694.43 million shares, or 25.15 percent. Meanwhile, his wife Vu Thi Hien will buy an additional 849,249 HPG shares to raise her ownership to 202 million HPG shares in the same period.

HCM CityHoang Huy Investment Financial Services JSC (TCH) at a recent annual general meeting passed a plan in which its revenue and after-tax profit targets for 2019 are VND1.2 trillion and VND500 billion, 0.5 time higher than the 2018 figures. TCH will pay a 10.5 percent dividend, according to

HCM CityState-owned Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) has approved a scheme to sell its entire stake in the Southern Fertiliser JSC (SFG). Vinachem will auction over 13.9 million SFG shares, or 29.05 percent of SFG’s total, on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, with the reserve price set at VND31,072 per share.

HCM CityDo Van Binh, vice chair at Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development JSC (SJS), will buy 2.5 million SJS shares from June 20 to July 19 via put-through deals. He will raise his holding in SJS to 20.6 million shares, or an 18 percent stake, after the purchase is complete.

HCM CityVSD Investment JSC bought more than 4.6 million shares in Saigon Machinery Spare Parts JSC (SMA) on June 13, becoming a large shareholder of SMA. The former owned no SMA shares prior to the transaction.

HCM CityHoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural JSC (HNG) has decided to transfer its entire stake in Indochina Rubber Investment and Development Co., Ltd to Thadi Indochina Agriculture Processing and Distribution JSC.

HCM CityLDG Investment JSC (LDG) has passed a plan to sell all its shares in Suoi Mo Tourism Investment JSC for a total of over VND300 billion.

HANOINguyen Huy Quang, vice board chair at MST Investment JSC (MST), will sell two million MST shares from June 20 to July 18 via put-through deals. He now holds over four million MST shares, or 11.45 percent.
