Khang An Investment Real Estate Company (KAC) has gained shareholder approval to issue an additional 36 million shares to hike its registered capital to VND600 billion from the current VND240 billion. Of the amount, the firm will issue six million shares as bonuses at a 1-for-4 ratio and 30 million shares for its existing shareholders at a 1-for-1 ratio at the selling price of VND10,000. KAC targets a pre-tax profit of VND100 billion on revenue of VND300 billion in 2018, up 3-fold and 2.2- fold against last year, respectively.

HCM City Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Company (DHG) said it will pay an interim cash dividend for 2018 of VND1,000 per share. The enterprise is forecast to offer a total cash dividend for this year at VND3,000 a share. The record date is July 31 and the payment date is expected to be August 31.

HANOI TDT Investment and Development Company (TDT) will start trading over eight million shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange today at the reference price of VND15,000 each. The firm is going to pay a cash dividend at 12 percent for shareholders after the listing. Established in 2011, TDT supplies garment products for local firms and international businesses in the US, Europe, Canada and South Korea.

HANOI Viglacera Corporation (VGC) estimated its pre-tax profit at VND500 billion in the first half of this year, meeting 51 percent of the year’s plan. Members of Dragon Capital Group, the largest asset management company in Vietnam, sold a combined 1.27 million shares of VGC from June 22 to June 26, reducing their combined holdings in VGC to 9.85 percent, from the earlier 10.14 percent.

HANOI Pharmedic Pharmaceutical Medicinal Company (PMC) earned a net profit of VND21.9 billion on revenue of VND106.5 billion in the second quarter of this year, up 3.5 percent and 11.6 percent year-on-year, respectively.

HANOI Buu Long Investment and Development Company has registered to sell over one million shares of Dong Nai Building Material and Fuel Company (BMF), or a 51 percent stake in the enterprise. Transactions will be made via matching from July 19 to August 17.
