Ngo Thi Phuong Loan, deputy director at Hau Giang-based plant of DHG Pharmaceutical JSC (DHG), has been appointed Quality director at the firm. The decision takes effect from November 1. DHG said in its third-quarter consolidated financial report that it made over VND870 billion in net revenue, a 5.5 percent year-on-year rise, while its after-tax profit slid 15.07 percent to VND117 billion.

HCM CitySao Vang Rubber JSC (SRC) has passed a business plan for the final quarter of the year, with revenue and before-tax profit projected to reach VND215 billion and VND2 billion, respectively. The firm will also organise a shareholder meeting on December 16 in Hanoi’s Thanh Xuan District.

HCM CityHuynh Bich Ngoc, a board member of Thanh Thanh Cong-Bien Hoa JSC (SBT), purchased 17 million SBT shares from October 9 to October 15, to revise up her ownership in the firm to over 67 million shares, or an 11.1 percent stake.

HCM CityDat Xanh Group (DXG) has approved a plan for contributing capital to its affiliate Ha An Real Estate Trade and Investment Company through an acquisition of nearly 50 million shares in the latter, at VND10,000 per share. Once transactions are done, DXG would hold a 99.99 percent stake in Ha An.

HCM CitySaigon Cargo Service Corporation (SCS) has selected October 31 as the ex-dividend date to pay a 2019 first-round dividend in cash to shareholders, at 30%. The payment will be made from November 12.

HCM CityTung Tri Viet Company, an organisation related to Pham Thanh Tung as board chair at Tri Viet Securities JSC (TVB), will purchase 300,000 TVB shares, or a 0.62 percent stake, from October 24 to November 22. Tung Tri Viet currently owns no TVB shares.

HCM CityKWE Beteiligungen AG, a large shareholder of Danang Rubber JSC (DRC), sold 450,000 DRC shares on October 15 to cut its holding in the latter to over 6.7 million shares, or a 5.65 percent stake.

HANOIAsia Commercial Bank (ACB) has approved a scheme to sell over 35 million treasury shares between October 30 and November 29 via matching and put-through deals, with each share being priced not lower than VND23,100.
