VSIP-Sembcorp Gateway Development Co., Ltd, on October 28 commenced the second phase of the Habitat Binh Duong high-end apartment project, capturing significant interest from customers.

Yip Siew Yong, general director of VSIP-Sembcorp Gateway, said even though the second phase had just been launched, customers had already registered to purchase over 80 percent of the apartments. The majority of them were domestic and foreign experts working at industrial parks and in neighbouring regions.

The second phase of the project, located in VSIP I Industrial Park in Thuan An District in the southern province of Binh Duong, is expected to have three blocks, with 18 floors each, and a commercial area situated in a park, according to the investor. Moreover, it comprises 460 two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplex units.

In addition to being adjacent to Song Be Golf Course, Aeon Binh Duong Mall, a hospital and schools, the project will feature swimming pools, a gym, a barbecue area and open spaces, among others.

As designed, the Habitat Binh Duong project occupies 4.02 hectares and comprises 11 blocks, to be executed in multiple phases, of which the first phase covers nearly one hectare and has two towers with 267 apartments, which were put into service in 2017.

Binh Duong Province alone is reportedly home to over 3,000 operational foreign direct investment (FDI) firms, attracting billions of US dollars in FDI each year. Besides this, the province is attracting workers from across the country. percentE2 percent80 percent99s-second-phase.html
